Inbox infrastructure operating envelope
Cold email at scale lives or dies on deliverability. We operate within a fixed envelope: 30 to 50 sends per inbox per day, plain text only, .com domains, dedicated IPs warmed for 14 days before first production send. SPF, DKIM, DMARC enforced. Reply rate, bounce rate, and spam complaints monitored per inbox with automatic pause at 0.3% complaint threshold. Inboxes rotate on a deterministic schedule so no recipient sees two messages from the same address inside 30 days. Warmup pool runs continuously alongside production traffic so reputation never decays.
