All new subscribers receive a three (3) calendar day free trial when selecting any paid plan. During the free trial period, no charge is applied to your payment method.
You may cancel at any time during the free trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your selected paid plan will activate automatically and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person, per payment method, and per household. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and to revoke free trial access if we detect abuse, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to the Service through the remainder of the current billing period you have already paid for.
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a monthly billing period. Your access to paid features will revert to the free tier (if available) at the end of your current billing period.
Your account data, settings, and watchlists will be retained for ninety (90) days after cancellation in case you choose to resubscribe. After ninety (90) days, we may delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Annual subscribers who cancel within thirty (30) days of their initial subscription or renewal date are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of their annual term.
The refund amount is calculated based on the number of full months remaining in the annual term, less any discounts applied at the time of purchase. For example, if you cancel an annual plan after two (2) months, you would receive a refund for the remaining ten (10) months, adjusted for any promotional pricing.
After the initial thirty (30) day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access to the Service through the remainder of your annual term.
To request a pro-rata refund for an annual subscription, contact support@avogrowth.com within the thirty (30) day window.
You can cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:
Account Settings. Navigate to your account settings page at avogrowth.com/settings and select the option to cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately for billing purposes, but your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Stripe Customer Portal. Access the Stripe customer portal through the link provided in your account settings or billing emails. The portal allows you to manage your subscription, update payment methods, and cancel directly through Stripe.
Email. Contact support@avogrowth.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription” and include your account email address. We will process your cancellation within one (1) business day.
Regardless of the method used, you will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
If you believe you have been charged in error or wish to dispute a charge, please contact support@avogrowth.com within seven (7) days of the charge. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and the amount in question.
We will review all billing error and dispute requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within two (2) business days. If a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
We reserve the right to offer promotional credits or refunds at our discretion, but any such offer does not create an obligation to extend the same to other users or in future instances.
