Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using Avo:

Scraping and Automated Extraction. Using bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, or any other automated tools to extract data from the Service, whether through the web interface, API, or any other means, except as expressly permitted by your subscription tier and applicable API documentation.

Redistribution. Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, publishing, broadcasting, or otherwise making available any Service content, data, intelligence outputs, or derived works to any third party, whether for free or for compensation.

Reverse Engineering. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract underlying algorithms, models, data pipelines, scoring methodologies, or source code from the Service or its outputs.

Account Sharing. Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized third parties to access the Service through your account. Each account is for use by a single individual unless you hold a multi-seat Business subscription.

Competitive Use. Using the Service to build or enhance a competing product or service, or to benchmark the Service against competitors for publication.

Interference.Interfering with the security, integrity, availability, or performance of the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access.

Harmful Content. Transmitting harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious content through the Service.

Illegal Activity. Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service.

If your subscription tier includes API access, the following rules apply:

Rate Limits. API access is subject to rate limits that vary by subscription tier. Current rate limits are published in the API documentation. We may adjust rate limits at any time to maintain Service stability and fair access for all users. Exceeding rate limits may result in automatic throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent revocation of API access.

No Reselling. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access or any data obtained through the API. API access is provided for your internal use only, including integration with your own tools, dashboards, and workflows.

No Systematic Download. You may not use the API to systematically download or replicate our dataset. Caching API responses for redistribution is prohibited.

No Distributed Abuse.You may not exceed your tier's rate limits by distributing requests across multiple accounts or using other circumvention methods.

Attribution. If you display Avo intelligence outputs in any context, you must include appropriate attribution to Avo as the source.

Concurrent Sessions. Accounts are limited to three (3) concurrent active sessions unless otherwise specified by your subscription tier. Exceeding this limit may result in automatic session termination or account review.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) Avo account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, abuse free trials, or evade enforcement actions is prohibited.

Multi-seat Access. Team or business access requires a Business subscription. If multiple individuals within your organization need access, please contact support@avogrowth.com to arrange appropriate licensing.

Free Tier. Data and intelligence outputs accessed through the free tier are for personal, non-commercial research purposes only. You may not use free-tier data for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to integration into commercial products, client reports, or paid publications.

Paid Tiers. Paid subscribers may use data and intelligence outputs for internal commercial purposes, including integration into internal tools, dashboards, workflows, and internal research reports. Redistribution of data or outputs to external third parties remains prohibited regardless of subscription tier.

Derived Works. You may create internal analyses, reports, and derived works based on Avo data for your own use. However, any derived work that substantially replicates or substitutes for the Service itself may not be distributed externally.

Retention. You may retain reasonable local copies of API responses for your own use, subject to the restrictions above. Systematic archival of Service data for the purpose of building an independent dataset is prohibited.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Enforcement actions may include:

Warning. For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a written warning and request immediate corrective action.

Throttling or Suspension. We may throttle, suspend, or restrict your access to the Service, including API access, with or without prior notice.

Termination. For serious or repeated violations, we may permanently terminate your account without refund and without prior notice.

Legal Action. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, for violations that cause harm to Avo, its users, or its infrastructure.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of enforcement actions, but we are not required to do so in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or its users.
